Who is responsible

The controller of your data is FOXVISITS LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, registration number HE423078, based in Paphos.

What is collected

Only what you enter in the form: your business name and what you do, your city, your answers about your website and Google Business Profile, your website address if you give one, the budget range you choose, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.

The server also sees your IP address for a short time, to stop the form being abused. If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms.

Why, and on what basis

To prepare the free audit and quote you asked for and to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed before a possible contract that you asked for.

Your details are not used for newsletters or advertising lists and are not sold or passed to anyone for their own use.

How long it is kept

If we do not end up working together, your enquiry is deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, the details become part of the normal business records and are kept for as long as the law requires.

IP addresses used for abuse protection are held in memory for about an hour and are not stored.

Who processes it

When you send the form, the site emails your answers to me. That email is delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc.), an email delivery service that processes the message on my behalf. The site itself is hosted on Railway (Railway Corp.). A copy of each enquiry is also written to the hosting server log, which is kept for a short period and then deleted automatically. Both companies may process data outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.

Nobody else receives your details.

Cookies and advert measurement

The site works without cookies. If I am running Google Ads, a notice asks whether Google Ads may set a cookie so I can see that an enquiry came from an advert. If you say no, nothing is set. Your yes or no is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and while adverts are running a button under this paragraph lets you change it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to its use, at any time, by emailing support@foxvisits.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
